There are mainly two kinds of brushes, one is white goat hair brush and the other is brown wolf/skunk hair brushes. A goat hair brush can hold more paint, so it is suitable for painting flowers and lily pad, etc; a wolf or skunk hair brush holds less paint, which is great for painting trees and mountains. while there are also other hair brushes, like rabbit, bear hair, rooster and horse hair brushes. Their characters are beholded in the artists' hands. Happy brushing.
